段差の多い日本の家屋。 今回、工事をさせていただいたお宅、外への動線となる玄関に段差があり、車イスでの出入り移動が今よりも楽にそして安全に行えますように工事をさせていただきました。

大掛かりな工事をせずに、スロープを掛けられるように床を三角に拡張しました。そしてそこに踏み段を設置。 これでスロープを掛ける事ができます。 そして次に車イスが坂を昇り降りできたり、曲がる動作が出来るように造り付けの下駄箱を撤去して移動空間を広くしました。 でも車イスって足を乗せるフットレストが飛び出しているから壁にぶつかって穴を空けちゃったりなど・・・ 猫を飼われているお客様でしたので壁もペット対応パネルの腰壁を新設して今後、車イスでの移動を楽にそしてネコちゃんの爪から壁を守るように工事をさせていただきました。

まず気を付けることは、車イスを利用される方だけが住んでるお宅ではないので他のご家族も使えるように、また車イスでの出入りは介護保険のレンタルで、使う時に置いて使用するスロープを設置する。
住み慣れたお宅を少しの改修工事で安全に過ごせるように工事をさせていただきました。
レンタルで床に置くスロープ。外に向かって斜めに掛けるのですが玄関のカマチ段差部分と玄関サッシが水平な状態じゃないと設置ができません。
でも写真の通り、カマチが玄関を広くする為の工夫で斜めになってますよね。
私たちフジトモは工事だけすればいい。という立場ではなく、福祉用具との連動で使用、使い勝手などを考慮してご提案したり、工事をさせていただいております。
因みに解体撤去した下駄箱。あったモノが無くなるって不便ですよね。
そこで普段動線とならない玄関スペースへ新しく置き型の下駄箱を設置させていただきました。
